Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Shelter and NFI Pipeline Implementing Partners in Somalia
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Somalia mission invites qualified organizations to participate in the Call for Expression of Interest (EOI), CEI_SOMGC-PIPELINE-0006-2024. This initiative aims to address critical shelter and non-food item (SNFI) needs for displaced populations in Somalia. Eligible partners will work under the Common Pipeline Program, a mechanism supported by IOM and the SNFI Cluster, to provide emergency shelter materials and other essential support to vulnerable communities across the country.

Selected organizations will:
- Identify SNFI gaps and needs through assessments.
- Facilitate the registration of individuals in need.
- Distribute shelter and non-food items following best practices.
- Support site-based plastic sheet fixing.
- Conduct data collection and post-distribution monitoring.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Shelter Cluster Membership: Active status or registration if not yet a member.
- Operational Presence: Verified presence in regions they propose to serve.
- Financial and Technical Capacity: Demonstrated experience in SNFI projects with a minimum active budget of $25,000.
- Partnership Experience: Prior collaboration with IOM or other UN agencies in Somalia.
- Administrative Competency: Proven governance and accountability measures.

Applications must be submitted to ceisomgrants@iom.int by the specified deadline. Ensure adherence to the submission format, including all required annexes and supporting documents as outlined in the EOI guidelines.
